Calm Birth Prenatal Meditation Classes are designed to support you during your pregnancy during these uncertain times.  I have been working with other expecting parents during this pandemic; a pandemic that has turned birth plans upside down and increased fear and anxiety.  Now more than ever, it’s important to empower yourselves and commit to regular self-care practices for your own maternal and infant health.


We know increased stress during pregnancy can impact maternal mental health, infant development and birth outcomes.


Calm Birth is an empowering childbirth program offering mamas and partners centering and self-care practices to prepare for birth.  It is the first childbirth program to introduce practices of prenatal meditation and energy breathing based on more than 70 years of research and clinical practice.
